Belted Royal blue dress with three-quarter sleeve

The shade of blue is a little rich for my taste but I like the style of this dress. I love that it has sleeves and doesn't expose any cleavage or thighs and yet you can still look sexy in it.

It would probably look nice even without the belt to cinch the waist. Hearkens back to a time when you didn't need to flash all your business to get attention. Bet the model got lots of appreciative nods from the men who passed on the streets of London.
