Rebecca looks cute in her little blue dress. Can't decide if it's a knit dress or a crochet dress but it's definitely cute.

The style is kind of young but then again, there's no law that says you have to dress a certain way when you're a certain age. Rebecca looks great in the dress and probably felt good too and that's the only thing that should matter.
